With easy-to-follow routines, Oxycise! offers a safe and effective way to stay active, relieve stress, and achieve lasting health benefits—all while being gentle on the body.

    Workouts can be accessed anytime through our online platform, mobile and TV apps, or on DVD for convenience and flexibility.

    1. Agreement
    By applying to join the Oxycise! Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Oxycise! reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

    2. Affiliate Eligibility
    To be eligible for the program, you must:

    • Be 18 years or older.
    • Have a valid email address and PayPal account for commission payments.
    • Promote Oxycise! products and services in an ethical and legal manner.

    Oxycise! reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application.

    3. Affiliate Responsibilities
    As an Oxycise! affiliate, you agree to:

    • Promote Oxycise! products and services using only approved marketing materials.
    • Not engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices, including false claims or spam tactics.
    • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing.
    • Disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law.

    4. Commissions

    • Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
    • Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sale (rate provided upon acceptance into the program).
    • Commissions will not be paid on fraudulent or refunded transactions.
    • Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

    5. Cookie Duration
    The affiliate tracking cookie will last for 90 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission on that sale, plus recurring commissions for up to 3 renewal periods—whether the subscription is monthly or annual.

    6. Payment

    • Commissions are paid out via PayPal once the minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached.
    • Payments are made on the 15th of every month for sales made in the previous month.
    • Any disputes regarding commission payouts must be made within 30 days of the payment date.

    7. Prohibited Activities
    Affiliates are prohibited from:

    • Offering discounts, coupons, or incentives not approved by Oxycise!.
    • Misleading customers by misrepresenting Oxycise! products or services.
    • Using paid advertising with the Oxycise! brand name, including bidding on brand-related
